Following the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679), commonly known as the GDPR, we would like to inform you that RKBY Ltd. ("Styleforces", "We"), situated in Poland provides services to our subscribers ("You"). We process your data to send you content related to motion design, After Effects and design, as well as our commercial information and content promoting Styleforces’ products and activities - according to article 6 paragraph 1 letter and of regulation 2016/679 – so, based on your consent. Additionally, your data will be processed for statistical and analytical purposes.
Styleforces deems careful handling of personal data to be paramount. Personal data is carefully processed and secured. When processing, we adhere to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (the “Rules"). This Privacy Statement relates to personal information collected by, or under the control of Styleforces, following the Rules.
Recipients of your data.
Your data is disclosed to entities cooperating with Styleforces. Such entities are called “Data recipients”. Disclosure of data by the administrator is possible in principle in the following cases:
1. When such an obligation results from legal provisions - this applies to the disclosure of your data by Styleforces;
2. When Styleforces has to disclose data to be able to perform the contract with the provider of the newsletter system - such action always takes place based on the concluded data processing agreement;
3. When Styleforces decides to disclose personal data due to its own, legitimate interest;
4. When it results from your consent to data processing.
All of the above cases are fully GDPR compliant practices.
The entity to which we will disclose your data will be:
1. ConvertKit LLC (California, United States of America)
We will transfer your data to countries other than those belonging to the European Economic Area - the so-called third countries. We found it necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the newsletter. We carried out a data protection impact assessment in which we compared the different newsletter delivery systems available. Unfortunately, none of the systems of this type, which operated only in the European Economic Area, guaranteed to operate in an integral, confidential manner, ensuring the availability expected by the administrator. The solutions we chose to stand out against this background but using them involves the processing of personal data also outside the European Economic Area. To counteract possible risks, we have concluded processing entrustment agreements ensuring an appropriate level of security for your data. The data transferred outside the European Economic Area is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. As part of the data protection impact assessment, in line with the recommendations following the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union c-311/18, we have identified the risks and possible consequences related to the transfer of data. Such processing is fully legal and GDPR compliant. Whenever this is the case, we make sure that personal data is transferred securely. For transfers to the US, we ensure that the party is subject to the US-EU Privacy Shield Agreement. For other transfers, your data may be transferred to countries recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
In this Privacy Statement, we summarise what personal data we collect and use and for what purpose. We advise you to read our Privacy Statement carefully.

Use of Personal Data.
By using our Services, you may share your data with us. We exclusively collect and use the personal data that is provided to us by you or your organization. Styleforces will not use your data for other purposes than for which you, or your organization, have permitted us beforehand.
Your Rights
You have the right to request rectification, deletion, limitation, or objection to the processing of your data. You can send your request to the following address: support@styleforces.com. You are entitled to these rights only in situations where making such a request is justified. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out until its withdrawal.
Types of Data Collected
You do not have to provide your data. Just remember that without providing your data (e-mail address) you will not be able to subscribe to the newsletter and receive the information contained therein.
When using our Services, we may collect the following information about you:
• Personal identification data: name, surname;
• Contact information data: email;
• Other provided data: feedback and other communication.
Purposes of Processing
Personal data is generally processed by Styleforces for the following purposes:
• Verifying/authenticating users of the Service;
• Sending and delivering messages, newsletters, and other communication via the mailing;
• Communication between Styleforces a mailing list's subscribers;
• Monitoring and auditing;
• Analyzing statistics and optimizing.
Your data will be processed in an automated manner, but will not be profiled. We collect your data based on legitimate business interests, the performance of a contract between you and Styleforces, or consent. If the processing is based on consent, it can be withdrawn at any time.
Subscription to Services
Our Newsletters can be subscribed to directly or indirectly. Individuals can directly subscribe via signup forms or plugins. Indirect subscription is possible through third-party (such as Convertkit) lists or manual import. Indirect subscription is only allowed with the individuals’ consent. Styleforces instructs the platform users to collect valid consent for subscription and puts measures in place to prevent unauthorized direct marketing. However, ensuring the validity of subscribers’ consent is the responsibility of each platform user. Newsletters sent via our platform always contain a possibility to opt-out.
Data Storage
In principle, we only keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Statement. We will process your data for the duration of the consent. When you withdraw your consent, your data will be irretrievably deleted and its processing will end.
Provision to Third-Parties
We will not provide the data you have provided us to other parties if you have not permitted us to do so unless this is necessary within the framework of the execution of the contractual agreement you, or your organization, have taken out with us or if this is required by the law.
Cookies and Analytics
For the functioning of our platform, Styleforces must make use of functional cookies. Additionally, when you use our service, your IP address is automatically saved in the log files of our web server. This is necessary to allow us to properly manage and secure our Services. We do not use your IP address to follow and register your behavior online. Normally, we are not able to link your IP address to your name, address, or other identifying information, except when you actively provide us with such information and continue to make use of the same IP address.
In addition to cookies, we perform email analytics and track if you find the e-mails of our users interesting. This way we can provide our users with relevant information.
User Data that you provide may be kept for making statistical analyses including via Google Analytics. These statistics are used to optimize our Services. Wherever possible, we make this data pseudonymized.
Security
We take security measures to limit the misuse of and unauthorized access to personal data. We take measures including, but not limited to:
• Logical access control, use of passwords and possibly a second factor;
• Encryption of data;
• Pseudonymising data;
• Securing data during the exchange of it, making use of the HTTPS protocol, except if the platform user opts to use a different domain;
• Purpose-bound access limitations;
Special information for parents
We do not provide our Services directly to, nor collect personal data of, children below the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with their personal information, please contact us: support@styleforces.com. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Third-Party Websites
This statement does not apply to third-party websites that are visited from our Services through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your data safely and reliably. We advise you to read the privacy statements of these third parties before making use of them.
